According to Matteo Gianni, in charge of business development, the deal will be executed by ONE NRGY S.r.l a JV formed with NRGY Invest.
ONE NRGY S.r.l, will install, maintain and manage for 8 years a 500 kW PV plant located in the Province of Turin, based on Solar Edge technology and built and designed by Etica Nel Sole SC a Farm Energy investment.
The plant will sell 540.000 kWh per annum to Acat S.r.l. and will cover 48% of its consumption allowing an annual saving by 13% on the electricity bill. At the expiration of the period, the client shall have the right to purchase the plant for at a fraction of the construction cost.
Acat S.r.l. is based in the north west of Italy and has a 20 year experience in alluminium surface treatment for motorcycle application (Ducati, Yamaha, BMW, KTM) and automotive (Ferrari and Rolls Royce) having doubled its manufacturing capacity year to year.
The ambition of the new JV, ONE NRGY Srl, is to help SMEs to perform the transition from carbon fossil to clean energy without financial exposure and focusing its cash generation on core business investments.
